Who is Jana?

” My name is Kristjana Steingríms but always called Jana, I am passionate about everything related to health and healthy living. Whether it's the outdoors, mental and physical health, exercise or nutrition and cooking, I find it extra fun and I love making healthy and nutritious food.   I was a co-owner of the health center Happ in Luxembourg and I worked there as a health chef for about 12 years.   Along with being a health chef, I am a yoga teacher and health coach from IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York). This school is highly respected in its field and is based on the philosophy that all people are unique and that nothing works for everyone. "  

What makes your recipes healthy and unique?
 
” I show a lot of recipes and ideas that I am making, and all my recipes have in common that they have healthy and good ingredients, are beautiful and well composed of nutrients. I use a lot of vegetables, fruits, seeds, salad, sprouts, nuts, good oils in my cooking and not processed food.  I'm a big fan of simple margaritas and I'm not big on complicating things in the kitchen and I love to play with tricks and textures, mixing all kinds of unconventional things in salads. I want as many people as possible to keep trying and find their favorite recipes to try."
 
Do you use Feel Iceland collagen in your recipes and how?
 
” I have been using collagen from Feel Iceland for many years and love trying to use it in all kinds of recipes. Because the collagen from Feel Iceland dissolves very easily in both hot and cold and I put it in everything I bake, raw food treats, soups, salad dressings and smoothies to name a few but literally everything! "
 
What is your experience with using Feel Iceland collagen?
 
"I have heard so much about people around me who experience great health improvements after they started taking collagen from Feel Iceland, such as shallower wrinkles, more moisture and softer skin, stronger nails and increased hair growth. I have also heard about people who finds a big difference in joints and recovery after operations and after hard exercises. 
I experience great hair growth and stronger nails. I also feel that my digestion is better and I'm happy to get some extra quality protein into my day."
