The Breakfast Bomb

 

One of our regular clients has sent us her breakfast bomb recipe that she uses to kick

start her day. 

 

Yogurt (of your choice) 

1 tablespoon Feel Iceland collagen

1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Blend together and serve topped with crushed flax seeds, hemp seeds and 1 chopped apple.
