Here at Feel Iceland we encourage people to adopt a positive lifestyle. We believe in setting ourselves easy and manageable goals and learn and grow along the way. 

Thinking about what you put in your body at the beginning of the day is very important. We love to start the day with a light and healthy Collagen + Chia porridge. It is also a great mid morning or afternoon snack.

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon Feel Iceland collagen 
  • 1-1.5 dl water 
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 
  • 3 tablespoons blueberries
Mix the chia seeds, Feel Iceland collagen powder and salt together in a bowl with water and let it stand for a few minutes stirring occasionally.  Add the Greek yogurt, blueberries and cinnamon on top or mix them in. Enjoy!
