Most people should try to drink plenty of water every day to maintain a good fluid balance in the body. Here we have put together a good morning drink to start the day:
·1 large lukewarm glass of water
·1 scoop of Feel Iceland collagen powder
·2 tsp chia seeds
·1/2 lemon (juice) and slice into the glass
·1/2-1 tsp grated ginger
·1/4 -1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
·Mint (optional)
Heat the water and pour into a glass, add collagen and chia seeds and let cool slightly. Then everything is mixed. It's good to put everything in a blender, but not necessary at all.
Serve in a nice glass, with a slice of lemon and mint.
